Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the demo a generic presentation?
WMT aims to focus the discussion on the product areas, roles, workflows, and operating context described in the request.
Who should attend?
Include the operational owner, subject-matter users, IT or integration representatives, and procurement stakeholders appropriate to the evaluation stage.
Can the demo cover more than one product?
Yes, where the requirement genuinely spans multiple WMT products. The request should explain the relationship between the needs.
Can we discuss integrations and migration?
Yes. Provide the names of relevant systems, data sources, interfaces, and migration concerns. Exact feasibility requires technical discovery.
Does booking a demo create a commercial commitment?
No. A demo is an exploratory discussion. Scope, pricing, responsibilities, and terms require a separate approved proposal or agreement.
