Our accessibility commitment
WMT aims to make its public website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, assistive technologies, and input methods. The design standard targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.
This statement describes a target and an ongoing practice; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.
Accessibility features in the current website
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, links, and form labels.
- Skip links and visible keyboard-focus treatment.
- Responsive layouts and horizontal-overflow checks at mobile widths.
- Color-contrast review across section themes.
- Reduced-motion support for nonessential animation.
- Accessible names for navigation controls, dialogs, and meaningful images.
- Print-friendly treatment for legal documents.
Known limitations and dependencies
Some historical articles, customer-supplied materials, downloadable documents, third-party services, or legacy content may not meet the same standard as the redesigned website. External scheduling, mapping, social, authentication, or embedded services are governed by their providers.
WMT will prioritize issues that block access to essential information or transactions and will provide an alternative route where practical.

How WMT handles feedback
WMT will acknowledge meaningful accessibility reports, investigate the affected route, identify an alternative where possible, and include validated corrections in the controlled website release process.
Technical approach
The website is designed for current standards-based browsers and common assistive technologies. Accessibility depends on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser support, operating-system settings, and any third-party components involved in a specific task.

This statement should be reviewed when major site sections, interactive components, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The last-reviewed date appears at the top of the page.
