The Sagesse Schools signed with White Mountain Technologies (WMT) to deploy Skoolee in all of their eight schools: Achrafieh, Achrafieh Technique, Ain el-Remmaneh Academique, Ain al-Rimmaneh Technique, Ain Saadeh, Baabda (Brasilia), Clemenceau, and Jdeideh. Six of these schools implement the academic curriculum, and two implement the technical curriculum. The agreement was endorsed by the Maronite Archbishopric of Beirut. Sagesse and WMT agreed to proceed by implementing Skoolee in three phases. The first phase is to implement in one pilot school, then, in the second phase, move on to roll out in another two schools, and, in the third phase, roll out to the remaining five schools. Skoolee can then connect all the eight schools of Sagesse and provide a centralize visibility as well as a per-school zoom-in. The rich array of functionality that Skoolee offers covers on-line application, admissions, registration, grading, deliberation, medical, transportation, accounts receivables, and discussion boards. Skoolee’s Scheduler (automated time-table generator) offers exceptional results, taking into account the school’s constraints and providing the user with the facility to manually manipulate the generated tables and present then in various formats. Skoolee’s structure makes it easily configurable for each school. Another added value that Skoolee provides is that it allows students, teachers, principals, and administration to access Skoolee through their respective online self-service centers (portals). Skoolee is multi-tiered, modular, scalable, configurable, and robust. As such, Skoolee easily operates in diverse, challenging environments. Moreover, the fact that Skoolee’s data structure congregates information and consolidates actions provides the Sagesse’s top management with the necessary visibility of the operations throughout their eight schools.
